Lui's ♥'s London: London LIVE on the Inside

In hopes of bringing awareness to up and coming London based bands, London on the Inside teamed up with The Hoxton Hotel, Bootlegger Spirits and Hoxton Radio to launch London LIVE on the Inside.

Wednesday kicked off the first of London LIVE on the Inside’s four part secret gig nights. Bootlegger Spirits provided the delicious whiskey cocktails as the DJ spun a mix of dance and indie favorites, putting everyone in a feel good mood for a Wednesday night out. The Apartment, a private room inside Shoreditch’s Hoxton Hotel added a retro vibe to the evening, making party-goers relaxed as they chatted around the kitchen table and danced on the black and white tiled floor. The main attraction; London psychedelic band Antimatter People played in the adjoining Library surrounded by 70’s style furniture and kitschy art work. The young five-piece band present a refreshing take on rock infusing their music with classic piano and flute riffs, dream pop beats and heavy guitar. With such different sounds, Antimatter People are a band to watch.
